A turquoise dress, cascading yellow yarn hair, and fluffy white wings give this little Christmas angel its distinctive look. This free Christmas angel crochet pattern creates a hanging tree ornament with a peach-colored face, embroidered eyes, a chenille-wire halo, and slender legs. The head and dress are made in one piece, while the arms, sleeves, wings, and legs are crocheted separately. Long-pile white yarn adds texture to the wings.

From Halo to Hanging Loop
The head begins with back-loop rounds that leave loops available for the yellow hair strands. The turquoise dress widens beneath the head, which alone is stuffed. Each wing starts with a small crochet circle and grows through turned sections worked into front loops. The peach arms fit inside the sleeves, and the narrow legs are attached during finishing. Embroidered eyes, a sewn pair of wings, a wire halo, and a hanging loop complete the decoration.
